With a background in photography, Dowani began his professional career as a cinematographer in Jerusalem shooting TV commercials and series, music videos, independent short films and documentaries. His passion in light, colours, composition and immediate interest in developing his skills enhanced his visual eye both as a cinematographer and storyteller. Since establishing Manshour Production in late 2015, he began to dedicate himself exclusively working as a cinematographer, most recently on the prestigious feature film, Trial of the Infidel.
